The Smoothie for Smooth Skin
Our favorite smoothie will not only help you feel energized, it also helps to clear your skin! It's super easy to make and tastes delicious. It's filled with acai, strawberries, lemon, turmeric, ginger, and spinach to give your body a boost of antioxidants and vitamins. Whenever you feel like you're getting sick or your skin is breaking out, this should be your go-to smoothie recipe!
- 1 frozen Acai pack
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 half freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 piece fresh turmeric root
- 1 sliver of fresh ginger root
- Coconut water or cold green tea
In a blender, add in the acai, strawberries, spinach, turmeric, and ginger. Then squeeze the lemon juice in. Next, pour in the coconut water or green tea or both. Blend on high until evenly blended. Pour into a glass & enjoy!
