Acai Bowls

Acai bowls are the perfect snack! Acai berries are full of antioxidants and are considered a superfood, a nutrient-rich food, which is especially beneficial for your health and well-being. The antioxidants that are in dark berries help to clear your complexion. You can make it as simple or complex as you want depending on what ingredients you choose to use. Our favorite recipe is super easy to follow and is perfect for an energizing breakfast or even a refreshing dessert!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 Cup frozen acai berries or you can use an already portioned acai berry smoothie pack 
  • Strawberries 
  • Blueberries 
  • Raspberries 
  • 1 Splash of coconut water 
  • 1 tsp honey 
  • ¾ cup of granola 
  • Any other nutritious toppings such as fresh berries, banana, chia seeds, almonds 

Add frozen acai berries, a small handful of blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries into the blender. Next, pour a splash of coconut water and blend on high until it becomes a smooth, creamy consistency. Pour some granola into a bowl and top with diced strawberries. Then poor the acai mix from the blender into the bowl, and then add in more granola and strawberries. Add your favorite healthy toppings - fresh fruits, coconut flakes, chia seeds, almonds, drizzle some honey on top and enjoy!  

*This makes about 1 large serving. It takes about 10 minutes from start to finish! Super simple and super good for you!
